Refund Policy for BeAware Software:
Our software is non-refundable except in the event that it is not functioning properly and you have contacted your sales representative or our support department to open a trouble ticket. Any support issues must be submitted within 5 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. Before any refund will be processed our support department will work with you to fix any issues that are occurring. If we can not resolve your issue within 5 business days of the receipt of your initial contact, or longer upon your approval, a refund will be approved upon your request.
